Umphrey’s McGee will assemble in Nashville later this month for a series of three livestream concerts. The performances will be broadcast via Mandolin Thursday, January 28 through Saturday, January 30 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT each night.

Drummer Kris Myers will host the webcasts at his studio in Nashville, aka Rocktopus’s Garden. Each night will have a different component driven by fans. Those who purchase the January 28 and 29 livestreams in advance will get a ballot allowing them to vote on which UM originals they want to hear. Umphrey’s will perform a first set based on the results of fan voting before delivering a band-written set. Friday’s opening frame will see the sextet go acoustic.

The finale on Saturday, January 30 will feature the return of UM’s “Choose Your Own Adventure” concept for the evening’s first of two sets. Fans will be able to dictate the direction the band goes via real-time online voting. Umphrey’s also revealed they will be recording by day as the six-piece continues to work on new material. “It should be interesting to see what carries over to the night,” noted UM before adding, “Frankly, we’re looking forward to just being together and playing anything.”

All three livestreams are on sale now with a discounted three-night bundle available. The webcasts can be viewed on-demand for seven days following each performance. Umphrey’s will donate a portion of proceeds to Conscious Alliance.
