Umphrey’s McGee Extends Summer Tour

Chicago rockers Umphrey’s McGee have added five new dates to their upcoming Summer Tour. The newly added performances include two in the band’s hometown as part of this year’s North Coast Music Festival.
The first of the five new dates will take place at CEFCU Center Stage at The Landing in Peoria, Illinois on August 4. Umphrey’s return to Chicago is set for September 3 and 4 as on the 3rd the group will play a North Coast-presented show at the intimate confines of Concord Music Hall before playing the festival itself on the 4th. From there, the sextet heads to Columbus, Ohio for a show at Express Live! Pavilion on September 8 and then plays Stage AE in Pittsburgh on September 9.
A pre-sale for non-Chicago dates is set for tomorrow (Wednesday, June 1) at 10 a.m. CT via ticketing.umphreys.com. The full North Coast lineup is expected to be revealed tomorrow.
