Umphrey’s McGee Announces UMBowl VII Couch Tour
By Scott Bernstein May 5, 2016 • 12:53 pm PDT

This Friday and Saturday nights, Umphrey’s McGee returns to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas for a pair of shows. Friday’s performance will be UMBowl VII, the Chicago sextet’s annual football-themed interactive concert featuring four “quarters” of music. If you can’t make it to Sin City for UM’s shows in person, there’s an option to watch from home or wherever you have an internet connection.
Umphrey’s McGee has teamed with TourGigs to provide webcasts of both Las Vegas performances including UMBowl VII. A webcast of the band’s May 6th show, aka UMBowl, can be purchased a la carte for $19.99, while a webcast of Saturday’s two-set rock show is available for $12.99. Those bundling both webcasts can view all six sets for $29.99.
Webcast purchasers will get access to the replay as well as access to an On Demand version of each show. Here’s more details:
The Replay, available almost immediately after the show is over, is a looping replay of the show with no viewer controlled playback. The On Demand, available sometime the day after the show, allows you to start, pause, fast forward, etc. the entire show. The On Demand access will remain available until May 11th. In addition, the Chat Room has now been optimized better for mobile, so you can have a better two-screen experience of watching the stream on your television or computer while participating in the chat on your mobile device.
Head to TourGigs.com for additional information and check out our chat with Umphrey’s McGee keyboardist Joel Cummins which focuses on UMBowl VII.
