Umphrey’s McGee Announces Early 2017 Tour Dates

Chicago jam-rockers Umphrey’s McGee have detailed their plans for early 2017. The band has added nine shows in addition to a previously announced three-night stand in Atlanta.

Up first is the previously revealed three-night stand at The Tabernacle in Atlanta from January 13 – 15. Then, UM plays a pair of shows at The National in Richmond on January 20 and 21 featuring support from Spafford. The tour continues at Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania on January 22. From there, Umphrey’s will be joined by saxophonist Joshua Redman and supported by Spafford for a series of six concerts including visits to New Haven, Portland (Maine), Albany, Rochester and Detroit.

A pre-sale for tickets and Nothing Too Fancy enhanced experience packages go on sale tomorrow (Wednesday, October 19) at 11 a.m. ET. The public on sale will follow this Friday, October 21.
