Umphrey’s debuted “White Room” as their lone encore at The Orbit Room in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Keyboardist Joel Cummins and guitarist Jake Cinninger handled vocals on the Cream cover. Cinninger channeled Eric Clapton in bringing the cover to a strong finish with a powerful guitar solo. Jake noted “That’s for Jack!” as the song concluded. The show also featured an “All In Time” > “Last Man Swerving” > “All In Time” sequence as well as a jam on Rockwell’s “Somebody’s Watching Me” within the “Miss Tinkle’s Overture” second set opener.

Dopapod, who had just finished a run of shows opening for Umphrey’s, headlined The Spot in Providence, Rhode Island last night. Not only did the quartet debut their version of “White Room” in the first set, they also teased “White Room,” “Sunshine Of Your Love” and “Crossroads” within the second set.
