Singer-songwriter Tyler Ramsey offered a solo acoustic set for New York’s WFUV back in February. The former Band of Horses guitarist performed songs from his 2024 solo album, New Lost Ages.
New Lost Ages arrived on February 12 via Soundly Music. Recorded at Avast! Recording Co. in Seattle, renowned producer Phil Ek (Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty, The Shins, Built to Spill) helmed the 10-track LP.

“This is an album of shadows and light, “ Ramsey said of New Lost Ages. “It is about the calm that follows the storm and it’s about the dark clouds when they roll back in again.”
Tyler began his solo acoustic WFUV performance with New Lost Ages deep cut “Where Were You” before delivering track two, “Fires.” Ramsey wrapped the session with New Lost Ages lead single, “These Ghosts,” accompanied by a drum machine.
