Vermont jam act Twiddle will headline the inaugural Tumble Down series of multi-band concerts at the Burlington Waterfront on Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont this Friday (July 29) and Saturday (July 30). In advance of the fest, Twiddle has shared a performance of “Daydream Farmer” from their Frendship Session.
The version of “Daydream Farmer” was recorded live in the FrendShip, a vintage Airstream mobile recording studio and was broadcast to fans over Skype. Watch the song off 2011’s Somewhere On The Mountain and find out about the band’s favorite food while on the road:
Twiddle’s Tumble Down will include various recreational activities, such as a Charity Disc Golf Tournament supporting Twiddle’s charity, The White Light Foundation and late night sets around town with members of the band. In addition to four sets of Twiddle, Tumble Down will feature performances from Nahko & Medicine For The People, Turkuaz, Cabinet, Kitchen Dwellers and special guest Holly Bowling. Tickets are onsale now via Ticketfly.
Get ready for the festival with a pre-party featuring Teddy Midnight and Formula 5 at Club Metronome in Burlington tonight. A pair of late nights will be held on Friday with Higher Ground hosting “Kitchen Cabinet,” a mix of Cabinet and Kitchen Dwellers and Nectar’s hosting Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. Saturday’s late nights will featured Mihali & Frends at Higher Ground and Mister F & Strange Machines at Nectar’s.
