Over the weekend, Twiddle headlined the 2019 StrangeCreek Campout in Greenfield, Massachusetts. For their headlining set, the Vermont jam act welcomed out Andy Falco from festival co-headliners The Infamous Stringdusters, as well as Lowell Wurster from Luci:D.

Following the set-opening “Nicodemus Portulay,” Twiddle welcomed their two guests to join them on “Subconscious Prelude,” off 2007’s Natural Evolution of Consciousness. During the song, Falco showed off his chops on electric guitar with a soaring solo, while Wurster offered his talents on the rubboard. Next, the four-piece worked through a number of older tunes and new songs off their Plump collection, offering fan-favorites like “Jamflowman,” “Syncopated Healing,” “Amydst the Myst” and more.
Toward the end of the set, Twiddle once again invited out Wurster, with the percussionist sitting in for a take on “Hattibagen McRat.” To close out the show, the group offered up a non-stop segue of “Apples” into “Frankenfoote,” with a final encore of “River Drift” to end the night.
