Turkuaz continues to roll out video from their None’s A Ton concert film. This time around the band shared the performance of “Chatte Lunatique.”

“Chatte Lunatique” is the opening salvo on None’s A Ton — the soundtrack to which is now available on streaming — and a longtime fan favorite. The film’s co-director and Turkuaz frontman Dave Brandwein found inspiration for the tune as he walked through Brooklyn in the early days of the band and a sign caught his eye.

“The sign read, ‘ATTENTION Chat Lunatique’ and I thought, ‘It’s like a ‘Beware of Dog’ sign, but for a cat. Very funny,'” he remembered. After a bit of reimagining and lyrical tweaking, Turkuaz’s “Chatte Lunatique” came to fruition.
