Tune-Yards Offer ‘Virtual Session Performance’ For The Current

Tune-Yards performed a Virtual Session Performance for The Current. The group led by vocalist Merrill Garbus and bassist Nate Brenner performed three songs from their recently released album, sketchy, for the Minnesota Public Radio station.

sketchy arrived on March 26 and Tune-Yards has been making the media rounds, recently covering Radiohead’s “Idioteque” for SiriusXM. For their Current virtual performance, Garbus and Brenner led a small band through sketchy singles, “hold yourself” and “hypnotized” as well as album track “make it right.”
