Trombone Shorty & Outkast’s Big Boi Announce 2024 Summer Dates

The pair of artists will play six shows together this year including a stop at the Hollywood Bowl.

Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue and Outkast’s Big Boi confirmed a series of shows together this summer. The six joint tour dates include June concerts and one at the Hollywood Bowl in September.

First up for Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue and Big Boi will be a stop on June 11 at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, North Carolina. The run continues on June 13 at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and on June 14 at Leader Bank Pavilion in Boston. The tour then heads to Ohio for shows at Rose Music Center at The Heights in Huber Heights on June 18 and at Cain Park Evans Amphitheater in Cleveland Heights on June 20.

Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue and Big Boi will reconvene on September 4 for a concert at the historic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue also confirmed a show on June 16 at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City with Neal Francis on the bill. Tickets to the newly announced tour dates go on sale on Friday, February 9 at 10 a.m. local venue time.

Trombone Shorty also shared a track recorded with his friend from childhood Sammy Cyrus. The project called Saint Brass released the track, “Mardi Gras Morning,” in connection with upcoming Mardi Gras festivities.
