Before Tim DeLaughter formed The Polyphonic Spree, he led Tripping Daisy. The Dallas-based band, who broke up in 1999 after scoring a hit with “I Got A Girl,” will reunite this summer for their first North American tour in 26 years.
Tripping Daisy will hit the road to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their 1995 LP I Am An Elastic Firecracker. Each show will feature a full performance of the record as well as “timeless favorites from every Tripping Daisy album.”
