Trey Anastasio & Band Recording At The Barn

Earlier this year Trey Anastasio and TAB debuted a slew of material during their first tour of the year. We can confirm Anastasio has brought the entire band to The Barn in Vermont to record new songs.

“Bounce,” “Silver Smoke,” “Pulsing Days,” “Paper Wheels,” “Lever Boy,” “In Rounds,” “Very Far Away” and “Sometime After Sunset” are the names of the tunes TAB debuted during the early 2014 tour. After a cover of “1977” by Ana Tijoux made many TAB Tour setlists, and since Trey put a cover of “Clint Eastwood” by Gorillaz on Traveler, it’s possible “1977” may be recorded. For now, all we can confirm is that the full group is recording new songs at The Barn, but we’re sure more details will emerge from the sessions soon.
