Tour Diary | Orgone | Part One

Last night in San Diego Orgone kicked off a tour with fellow funk-soul brethren Monophonics dubbed “Orgone vs. Monophonics” that runs through May 10. The tour will also feature DJ sets by D-Hastie (Orgone, Woolfy VS. Projections) and DJ ISM (Monophonics), to keep the music going through the night.

The members of Orgone will be documenting the tour for us and today they’ve shared the first installment of the video series focusing on their activities just before embarking on the run. We find out the life of a touring musician isn’t only sunshine and lollipops as the band finds themselves at the airport early in the morning and had to sit around and wait for their airplane to arrive. There’s also a look at Orgone making the most of the visit to New Mexico.
