Tour Dates | The Return Of The Ringers
By Scott Bernstein Nov 8, 2013 • 11:40 am PST

The tour kicks off with appearances at the Boca Raton and St. Petersburg Sunshine Music & Blues Festivals and runs through February 8. Along the way the band will perform at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY as part of the Wetlands 25th Anniversary Celebration and will visit a number of Southern and Northeastern cities.
The Ringers were just one of many projects Jimmy Herring spoke with our Chad Berndtson about in a recent interview. “The idea is a lot of fun because we’re all really different – everyone in this has a different voice. Wayne would never be confused with anyone else, and Michael Landau, he’s one of the most amazing musicians I’ve ever played with. Etienne, who’s from Cameroon, plays all over the world with some of the greatest musicians alive. Keith can do everything and he plays with Steely Dan and all that but he can also play stuff like the Meters like he grew up doing it. What we’re doing here is meeting in the middle and trying to create super simple music that we can bend and shape together,” Herring told us about the band.
