Tour Dates | Pixies North American Tour 2015

Iconic alt-rockers Pixies will hit the road again this spring for a mix of headlining dates and festival appearances throughout the month of May. “All headline shows will feature a new and more varied set packed with songs from the entire Pixies catalogue, full of distortion howls and all the vivid dissonance a Pixies fan would expect. -all performed on a sparse yet stunning stage,” according to a statement announcing the tour.

The band will focus on performing at intimate venues in cities they’ve missed over the past few years. Pixies begin the tour at Civic Theatre in New Orleans on May 5 and are currently scheduled to conclude the tour with a pair of headlining shows in New York City (Beacon Theatre on May 27 and Kings Theatre on May 28). Look for the band to unveil a number of new originals written over the past few months.

A special fan-only pre-sale starts at 9 a.m. ET on February 25 at Pixiesmusic.com. To get these tickets first, use the pre-sale ticket password “snakes”. General on-sale tickets for this run go on sale to the public Friday, February 27. More dates are expected to be announced soon.
