Tour Dates | Moon Taxi Announces New Album & Tour

Nashville’s Moon Taxi has announced a run of new tour dates that sees the band making stops at several festivals as well a staging their own headlining performances. The quintet has also confirmed the release of their third album, Daybreaker, in the fall.
The tour begins this Sunday, July 12 at The Ride Festival in Telluride, Colorado and also includes festival appearances at Pemberton, Lollapalooza, MoonTower and both weekends of Austin City Limits. Moon Taxi will play a hometown show supporting My Morning Jacket on August 6 at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheatre. Other solo stops include a two-night stand at the Georgia Theatre in Athens on August 21 and 22, Irving Plaza in New York City on September 10, Theatre of the Living Arts in Philadelphia on September 11 and The Orange Peel in Asheville, North Carolina on September 27. The tour wraps up the second weekend of the Austin City Limits festival on October 9.
