Hammering Through North America: Tool Announces 2023 Fall Tour Dates

Tool confirmed details of their 2023 North American Tour dates. The six-week run of concerts at arenas across th U.S and Canada comes in addition to previously announced festival appearances at Louder Than Life, Aftershock and Power Trip.

General on-sales begin this Friday, June 9 at 10 a.m. local time. TOOL Army members can participate in a presale slated to begin on Thursday, June 8 at 10 a.m. local time. Additional memberships have been opened up for those who want to join the fan club. Find ticketing links below:

After headlining Louisville’s Louder Than Life festival on September 22, Tool heads to Colorado for a concert at Budweiser Event Center in Loveland on October 3. Next comes the slots at Aftershock in Sacramento on October 6 and at Power Trip in Indio (California) on October 8. The metal quartet follows an engagement in Salt Lake City on October 10 with a Pacific Northwest swing featuring stops in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and British Columbia.

Tool’s Canadian tour dates will be their first since 2019. The band’s gigs in British Columbia lead into shows in Edmonton on October 25, Calgary on October 27 and Winnipeg on October 29. Frontman Maynard James Keenan, guitarist Adam Jones, bassist Justin Chancellor and drummer Danny Carey then celebrate Halloween (October 31) in St. Paul.

The tour continues over the first three weeks of November. Tool makes their way to the Northeast via Milwaukee, Knoxville and Charleston (West Virginia) for concerts in Rochester (New York) on November 6, Allentown (Pennsylvania) on November 7, Uncasville (Connecticut) on November 10, Manchester (New Hampshire) on November 13, Boston on November 15 and Philadelphia on November 16. It’s back to Canada to end the excursion with shows in Montreal on November 19 and Toronto on November 20 and 21.
