While we’re still awaiting word on Tool‘s long-awaited follow-up to 2006’s 10,000 Days, the band has announced their return to the road. Tool will mix headlining performances with a few previously announced festival appearances in late May and early June.
The tour begins for Tool on May 24 at Eaglebank Arena in Fairfax, Virginia. From there, the group visits Bangor, Maine ahead of their headlining appearance at Boston Calling and then brings the tour to Rochester, New York; Hamiton, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec. Tool follows a headlining slot at The Governor’s Ball in New York City with stops in Pittsburgh, Detroit and Rosemont, Illinois.
Tickets for all shows announced today go up for grabs this Friday, March 17 at 10 a.m. local time with the exception of Rosemont which goes on sale at 11 a.m. CT.
