Tom Hamilton Confirms April 2024 Concerts Featuring New Songs & Solo Band

Joe Russo’s Almost Dead guitarist Tom Hamilton will display his singer-songwriter chops this April when he hits the road with a new solo band to show off material he’s recently crafted. The run features shows in four Northeast cities and comes after he started work on his next album which is “getting pretty close to finished.”

Tom Hamilton also promises “lots of old songs” from his various projects at each stop in addition to the new tunes. The brief excursion begins at Portland House of Music and Events (HOME) in Portland, Maine on April 15. Hamilton then brings the trek to Nectar’s in Burlington, Vermont on April 16 and Garcia’s at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on April 18. The run is set to close at The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park, New Jersey on April 19.

Hamilton shared the following statement in regards to the upcoming run:

“Here’s the deal- I got a bunch of new songs and a great crew of buds who have been playing them with me, and I want to see what we can do! So…

I’m gonna do a short run through the Northeast in April! There is so much to figure out as I work through this next phase and I think it’ll be awesome to work some of it out in a room with you all.

This is just the beginning of the next chapter.”
