Toledo Mud Hens Share ‘Sgt. Peppers’-Themed Jerseys Ahead Of Beatles Night

On June 1, 1967 The Beatles issued their eighth studio album, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. With the 50th anniversary of the landmark LP approaching, there are a number of tributes in the works. One such tribute will come from the minor league baseball team the Toledo Mud Hens who will host Beatles Night on June 16 in which the team will wear Sgt. Pepper’s jerseys.
The Mud Hens have unveiled an image of the jerseys players will wear at the game against the Durham Bulls on June 16. Check out the impressively-detailed unis:
A Beatles cover band will perform at Hensville Park on the 16th and the team will host a number of Beatles-themed contests. Tickets are available here.
