Titus Andronicus dropped the new single “Give Me Grief” along with a video directed by longtime collaborator Ray Concepcion. The song appears on the New Jersey-based rock band’s upcoming studio album, The Will To Live.

The 12-track follow up to 2019’s An Obelisk arrives via Merge Records on September 30. Howard Bilerman (Arcade Fire, Leonard Cohen) produced The Will To Live, which the band previously previewed with “We’re Coming Back” and “(I’m) Screwed.” Titus Andronicus recorded the LP, their first after the tragic death of keyboardist Matt “Money” Miller, in Canada.

The quartet’s current lineup consists of singer-songwriter Patrick Stickles, guitarist Liam Betson, R.J. Gordon on bass and drummer Chris Wilson. “Give Me Grief” finds Stickles dueting with former Titus Andronicus drummer Eric Harm and includes contributions from saxophonist Ryan Weisheit. Harm is featured in the song’s video and also added backing vocals to three other The Will To Live cuts.
