The Revivalists shared an in-studio performance video of “You And I” recorded at the legendary FAME Recording Studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The live version of “You And I” features on the NOLA-based band’s Made In Muscle Shoals EP, which arrived on January 30.

“You And I” originally appears on The Revivalists’ 2018 album Take Good Care. The Muscle Shoals sessions saw the band letting the hallowed studio space dictate new takes on some of their most well-known songs, including “You And I.”

“We had no preconceived notion about how we wanted the songs to change before going into FAME Studios,” frontman David Shaw said. “We really wanted the vibe of the room to guide us to that place. ‘You and I’ really took its shape once Zack [Feinberg] landed on that new riff you hear in the beginning.”
