The Motet Confirms Guests For North Beach Music Festival Set

The guest-filled set on Friday, December 10 comes in addition to a Spafford & Friends collaboration on the second day of the new festival.

The Motet‘s set at the inaugural North Beach Music Festival (NBMF) will be a collaborative affair. Vocalist/trumpeter Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band), vocalist Shira Elias (formerly of Turkuaz) and percussionist Jason Hann (The String Cheese Incident) will join the Colorado-based funk act at the new two-day event which takes place at Miami Beach’s North Beach Bandshell December 10 – 11.

Details of the guest-filled The Motet set comes after NBMF organizers previously announced the lineup for Spafford & Friends. The Arizona-based jam quartet will be accompanied by Eric Krasno, Marco Benevento, Alric “A.C.” Carter, Nate Werth and Brandon “Taz” Niederauer during one of their two sets. Spafford’s other set will consist entirely of improvisation.

The Motet performs on Friday, December 10 as part of a lineup for the day that also includes Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, TAUK, Karina Rykman, The Heavy Pets, Electric Kif and Tand. Spafford’s sets come on Saturday, December 11. Additionally, the final day of NBMF will feature sets from Benevento, Aqueous, Ghost-Note, Krasno & The Assembly, Niederauer, Holly Bowling and JUke as well as a Brendan Bayliss & Jennifer Hartswick performance.

General Admission Single-Day and 2-Day tickets are on sale now for North Beach Music Festival 2021 via the event’s website. VIP tickets already sold out. Prices increase starting on Monday, November 15.
