This Tuesday, September 22, marks the debut of new ABC series the muppets. The new show was co-created by Bill Prady, a co-creator of The Big Bang Theory, and Bob Kushell (Anger Management and 3rd Rock From the Sun). Jim Henson’s original variety program, The Muppet Show, ran in U.S. on ABC (as well as internationally) from 1976 to 1981 and featured remarkable musical performances with many of the top music stars of the era collaborating with The Muppets.
