New York-based quartet TAUK laid out dates for an extensive fall run dubed the “Chaos Companion Tour” that marks the group’s return to the road for the first time since the pandemic started. Additionally, the prog-jam act recently released their new single “Moon Dub” on all digital platforms.
The band — guitarist Matt Jalbert, bassist Charlie Dolan, drummer Isaac Teel and keyboardist Alric “A.C.” Carter — will perform at the Resonance Music & Arts Festival and Borderland Music & Arts Festival this September. TAUK then kicks off the headlining portion of the tour at The Met in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on September 30.

From there, the quartet plays Virginia’s Rooster Walk Reunion Music Festival on October 8 ahead of headlining concerts in North Carolina, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama and Georgia. TAUK then brings the tour to Indianapolis on October 26, Covington (Kentucky) on October 27, Memphis on October 28 and Nashville on October 29. The excursion concludes in Virginia with shows at Charlottesville’s Jefferson Theater on October 30 and at Falls Church’s State Theatre on Halloween.
Tickets for TAUK’s fall tour are on sale now. “We’ve been missing live music just like everybody else and are itching to get back on the road,” explained Jalbert. “This whole experience gave us some time to step back and really gain a whole new perspective on just how lucky we are to do what we do and share it all with unreal fans.”
