Taper’s Choice Enlists Mike Gordon, Mikaela Davis & Others For Relix 50th Anniversary Party

Taper’s Choice selected bassist Mike Gordon of Phish, harpist Mikaela Davis and other special guests to join them at the Relix 50th Anniversary Party. The concert will be held at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City on January 15.

Along with Gordon and Davis, also joining Taper’s Choice at Brooklyn Bowl will be Joe Russo’s Almost Dead guitarist Scott Metzger, and a horn section made up of saxophonist Stuart Bogie and trumpeter Jordan McLean. The announcement indicated it was the first round guests confirmed to join Taper’s Choice.

Alex Bleeker (Real Estate), Dave Harrington (Darkside), Zach Tenorio Miller (Arc Iris) and Chris Tomson (Vampire Weekend) formed Taper’s Choice in 2021.
