Tank & The Bangas Perform Live At Paste

Tank and the Bangas returned to Paste’s New York City studios this week for a 30-minute set. Led by vocalist Tarriona “Tank” Ball, the New Orleans-based band performed three songs from their recently released Green Balloon LP nearly two years after their last visit.

The session was a special one as Ball’s brother Ivan backed the band on the opener “Lazy Daze” as part of his first trip to New York City. Next up was “Ants” from Green Balloon, Tank & The Bangas’ major label debut. The set concluded with a lengthy rendition of “Hot Air Balloons.” Watch Tank & The Bangas’ performance from Tuesday, June 4 below:
