Sweetwater Music Hall Announces Inaugural Sweetwater In The Sun Lineup

The team that runs the historic Sweetwater Music Hall venue in Mill Valley, California are putting together an off-site music festival. Sweetwater In The Sun will be held at Stafford Lake Park in Novato, California on Sunday, September 23. Organizers recently unveiled the lineup for the inaugural event.

Steve Kimock & Friends have been tapped to headline the action with a “very special guest.” Additionally, guitarist Steve Kimock will perform a set with singer-songwriter Jerry Joseph. Supergroup Skiffle Players featuring Neal Casal, Cass McCombs, Dan Horne, Farmer Dave Scher and Aaron Sperske are aboard for Sweetwater In The Sun as are the Jennifer Hartswick Band and Maggie Rose. Trey Anastasio Band trumpeter/vocalist Jennifer Hartswick will be joined by bassist Bobby Vega and guitarist/vocalist Nick Cassarino for the Jennifer Hartswick Band set at the event.

Sweetwater In The Sun will also host a Kids Grove Stage with family-friendly performances, bubbles, face painting, magic and arts and crafts available. Plus, food and beverages from Sweetwater Music Hall prepped by Chef Gordon Drysdale will be sold.
