Today, Colorado’s electro-funk trio SunSquabi has announced their spring 2019 tour dates. Spanning from the end of March through mid-April, the run marks the third leg of the band’s tour promoting their newest full-length album, Instinct, which was released on January 11.
SunSquabi’s upcoming spring tour falls on the heels of the band’s winter 2019 tour, which will find the group touring across the West Coast. After routing through Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, Arizona and Colorado in the coming weeks, the trio will reset with an appearance at New Orleans’ BUKU Music + Art Project on March 22. Shortly after, the band will begin their spring tour, which focuses on the Midwest and East Coast markets.

SunSquabi’s spring tour kicks off with a non-stop five-night run primarily across the Midwest, with scheduled stops in Iowa City, Iowa; Indianapolis; Detroit; Cleveland and Buffalo, New York from March 27 to March 31. After their performance in Buffalo lands them in the Northeast, the trio will continue to perform across New England and the Mid-Atlantic, including shows in Boston on April 3, Philadelphia on April 4, Washington D.C. on April 5 and Pittsburgh on April 6. To finish out the newest leg of their Instinct Tour, the band will hit Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on April 6 ahead of four-night run through Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Madison (Wisconsin) and Des Moines (Iowa) from April 11 to 14.
Tickets for SunSquabi’s spring 2019 tour go on sale on Tuesday, January 29, via the band’s website. Per tradition, $1 of each ticket sold on the tour will go to the Can’d Aid Foundation, which benefits school music programs in the U.S. through instrument donations.
SunSquabi also has festival appearances at Atlanta’s SweetWater 420 Festival, Chillicothe, Illinois’ Summer Camp and Manchester, Tennessee’s Bonnaroo on the books.
