Sublime announced the launch of their own traveling music festival, Sublime Me Gusta, which will debut on May 9, 2026 at the Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth, Texas. The first stop of the new event will also feature a performance from Slightly Stoopid with the full lineup to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
The trio consisting of bassist Eric Wilson and drummer Bud Gaugh joined by frontman Jakob Nowell, the son of late co-founding frontman Bradley Nowell, also confirmed a Sublime Me Gusta stop in Oregon on June 27. Look for the city and venue to be revealed soon along with the announcement of additional cities.
Each stop will feature a lineup curated and headlined by Sublime to represent the band’s reggae, punk, rock and hip hop hybrid sound. The full-day events will be packed with live performances, local vendors, art, food, drinks and exclusive Sublime experiences.
“It’s always been our dream to put on a Festival for our friends and family,” explained Jakob Nowell. “It’s punk rock, hip hop, reggae, surf — all facets of true west coast alternative culture that has been kept alive for generations by fans and musicians alike. This is our era now and we got nothing but love for everyone coming with us.”
Sublime Me Gusta is the latest addition to an already busy 2026 for the group, which follows their 2025 comeback. The three-piece’s 2026 plans include a two-night celebration of the 30th anniversary of their self-titled album at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on April 17 and 18 and the release of their highly anticipated new album, Till The Sun Explodes, early next year.
Tickets for the Fort Worth stop of the Sublime Me Gusta Festival are on sale now.
