Sublime Brings New Song & Classics To Howard Stern’s Studios
Watch Jakob Nowell front the band on “Santeria” and “What I Got.”

Sublime recently stopped by Howard Stern’s studio. The band now led by Jakob Nowell, son of late frontman Bradley Nowell, offered Sublime classics along with their new single.
The Sublime lineup also features original members bassist Eric Wilson and drummer Bud Gaugh. Wilson and Gaugh had been performing as Sublime with Rome, with guitarist/vocalist Rome Ramirez, since 2009. Nowell stepped into his father role earlier this year, publicly debuting with Sublime at Coachella 2024.

The Stern studio session saw Jakob fronting the band on Sublime’s new song “Feel Like That” and “Wrong Way,” the latter off Sublime’s 1996 self-titled album which was released two months after Nowell’s tragic death from a heroin overdose.
