Sturgill Simpson revealed he tested positive for COVID-19, the disease caused by the new coronavirus. The singer-songwriter has been in quarantine since testing positive for COVID-19 on April 6.

Simpson believes he may have contracted the COVID-19 virus while on tour earlier this year. Simpson took to social media to make the announcement.
