The concert at The Pageant was the scene of the notorious “Power Outage Incident” during the second set. SCI was in the midst of covering Johnny Cash’s “Ring Of Fire,” when the power in the area went out. The band responded by gathering at center stage for an impromptu drums jam.
When the power was restored, SCI went back into “Ring Of Fire” before finishing the rest of the set. The concert was the first and only The String Cheese Incident show at The Pageant to date.
