The String Cheese Incident Share ‘Born On The Wrong Planet’ Video From 2001

On this date in 2001, Colorado jam act The String Cheese Incident performed at The Backyard in Austin, Texas. Today, the band has shared pro-shot video of a well-jammed “Born On The Wrong Planet” from their 2001 visit to Austin for our viewing pleasure:

2001 was a very busy year for SCI as they played a total of 102 incidents nationwide. The band’s visit to The Backyard in Austin spanned April 12 – 14. “Born On The Wrong Planet” was the evening’s opener as part of a show that also included “SKAT,” “Smile,” “MLT” and much more. Austin was a regular stop for The String Cheese Incident between 1996 and 2006, but the band has only played three shows in the Texas city since (July 4 – 6, 2013).
