Last night, The String Cheese Incident concluded a hugely successful March Madness Tour with a three-set show at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. The Colorado jam act treated fans to a special acoustic set ahead of two electric sets to end the tour.

SCI’s Michael Kang, Keith Moseley and Bill Nershi were joined by Jack Rajca for the four-song unplugged performance that kicked off the tour closer. Rajca’s own “Lester Had A Coconut” made its tour debut to start the set. The fourth Cheese performance of “Blue Ridge Cabin Home” came next ahead of “Crosseyed Possum” and the first “Temperance Reel” since July 28, 2007. “Just One Story” began the first electric set which featured the tour debut of “Yo Se” and the return of Kyle Hollingsworth’s recently debuted “Falling Through The Cracks.” Cheese’s final set of the tour was bookended with covers as “Birdland” (Weather Report) opened and “Jessica” (Allman Brothers Band) closed. For the encore, SCI dusted off a cover of Paul Simon’s “Late In The Evening” for the first time since New Year’s Eve 2014-2015 followed by “Restless Wind.”

The String Cheese Incident returns to the stage to headline Electric Forest in June.
