St. Vincent Covers Tool’s ‘Forty Six & 2’

St. Vincent (Annie Clark) shared a brief cover of “Forty Six & 2” by Tool. Clark performs just about a minute of the song in the clip, which was posted on St. Vincent’s social feeds.

The video was filmed a few years back as Clark was warming up for a solo concert in support of Masseduction. “Will always love this band,” Annie noted in a caption accompanying the clip. Tool originally released “Forty Six & 2” on their 1996 album, Ænima. “Very nice,” wrote Tool guitarist Adam Jones in a comment on Instagram.
