St. Vincent Performs NPR ‘Tiny Desk Concert’

The latest installment in NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Concert series features a performance by St. Vincent. The acoustic solo session featured mastermind Annie Clark performing songs from her 2017 album MASSEDUCTION.

Clark and Jack Antonoff co-produced MASSEDUCTION, which featured 13 new songs. Recording of the album was mostly administered at Electric Lady Studios in New York City, with supplemental tracking done in Los Angeles and in Brooklyn.

According to NPR Music, Clark, “Performed at the Tiny Desk without a warmup or soundcheck, with just her acoustic guitar and un-amplified voice, letting the wordplay in her songs shine through.” She chose to play the MASSEDUCTION tracks “New York,” “Los Ageless” and “Slow Disco.”
