St. Vincent (Annie Clark) returned to The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Tuesday for a performance of “Down.” Clark was backed by Louis Cato and The Late Show Band on the number from her Grammy-winning 2021 album, Daddy’s Home.

Annie’s latest visit to the Ed Sullivan Theater saw her serve as musical guest after pairing with Cato and The Late Show Band for a week-long residency earlier this summer. St. Vincent was among musicians who appeared on Colbert while former house band leader Jon Batiste was on vacation. Last month, Batiste stepped down from the role he held since Stephen Colbert began hosting The Late Show. Louis Cato was tapped to lead Stay Human, which was rechristened The Late Show Band.
