The 2026 Song Summit returns August 27 – 29 in downtown Park City, Utah. Among the performers at the music and culinary event are My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James, Dumpstaphunk and Sierra Hull.

Also performing are Steve Poltz and a special “Mountain Jam: A Song Summit Collective” featuring Patrick Hallahan of My Morning Jacket, Ivan Neville and Tony Hall of Dumpstaphunk, Eric Krasno, Ross James, Nicki Bluhm and Alex Koford, plus special guests.

Song Summit 2026 will also present a special tribute to Grateful Dead co-founder Bobby Weir, billed as “Aiko & Friends — Aces Back to Back,” performed by Holly Bowling, Nicki Bluhm, Eric Krasno and Ross James.

This year’s festival expands on the intersection of music and food with Summit Supper Club dinners at Le Depot Brasserie followed by shows at The Marquis. Featured chefs who will team with musicians on collaborative menus include Andrew Zimmern, Damaris Phillips, Sean Brock, Stephanie Izard, Gregory Gourdet, Nikki Dinki and Patrick Hallahan.

“Song Summit is a living, breathing, evolving gathering of like-minded folks who hold music close to their hearts,” said Ben Anderson, Song Summit founder. “The feedback from last year’s event, which spotlighted a few of our favorite chefs and their creative processes alongside some of the most innovative musical talents of our time, was overwhelmingly positive, so we’re leaning even more in that direction in 2026. The industry evolves as do we; I hope you’ll join us for what will surely be a feast for the senses in 2026.”

Daytime programming, known as Song Summit Labs, will take place at the Jim Santy Auditorium at Park City Library and includes panel discussions on a variety of topics, such as mental health, social equity, music, film and culinary arts. Among the Labs is a screening of Mountains of the Moon accompanied by a live score drawn from the music of the Grateful Dead.

The Song Summit Foundation will host a free, open-to-the-public Song Summit Village in Library Field featuring live music, wellness resources, vendors and culinary activations. Wellness activities include musician-led morning meditation with KJ Ward of The Backset Lovers and a 5K fun run led by Chef Gregory Gourdet.

A variety of ticketing options are on sale now.
