SiriusXM launched two new channels devoted to the music of the Grateful Dead. Both Dead Tracks and Dead Archive can be heard exclusively on the SXM App and come in addition to the long-running Grateful Dead Channel (Ch. 23).

Dead Tracks features traditional Grateful Dead releases. Listeners can hear cuts from the band’s studio and live albums spanning their time on Warner Brothers, Grateful Dead Records and Arista.

Dead Archive is devoted to live music from the legendary group’s archival concert releases. Tracks from Dave’s Picks installments, Rocking The Cradle, Spring 1990 and 30 Trips Around The Sun are examples of what fans can hear on Dead Archive.

The Grateful Dead channel was launched by SiriusXM in 2007. Programming includes unreleased live concerts, original shows such as Tales From The Golden Road, interviews with band members as well as both GD and solo recordings.
