Bunny Wailer
Epiphany Artists presents the 14th Annual Sierra Nevada World Music Festival taking place June 22, 23 and 24, 2007 at the Mendocino County Fairgrounds, located thirty minutes west of Ukiah in Boonville, California.

Recently added is the legendary Barrington Levy, who has thrilled crowds with his immaculate voice and intricate scat delivery for over thirty years.

Bunny Wailer (making his first ever SNWMF festival appearance), Toots and the Maytals and Derrick Morgan will add to the legendary grouping of vintage artists slated to perform at the festival which has a tradition of presenting reggae from a bygone recording era.

World music artists Carlinhos Brown, Sierra Leone’s Refugee All Stars, Les Nubians, and Ojos de Brujo are a sampling of the global stars who will shine over the course of the weekend.

This yearly Summer Solstice celebration creates a veritable global village where people gather to enjoy a diverse lineup of new and legendary artists from around the world. The festival features three days of music performed on two stages, a late-night dancehall, convenient camping, kid-friendly activities, shaded viewing options, and an eclectic group of international food and craft vendors.

With its origins in the Sierra Nevada mountains, the event will be held for the second year in the Anderson Valley of Mendocino County. Three-day tickets are on sale now for $125.00 by mail order, at independent ticket outlets, Ticketmaster.com, and at all Ticketmaster outlets. Single-day tickets, priced at $50 and $60 (Saturday) are available now. For mail order information please visit: www.snwmf.com/tickets.html or call the festival hotline at (916)777-5550.
