Shira Elias confirmed SERVICES The EP, due out on December 2. The former Turkuaz vocalist also shared a super funky new single, “HOOK’D.”
Produced by Mega, SERVICES the EP follows Shira’s 2020 debut EP, GOODS. “Where ‘GOODS’ was my first solo endeavor, really trying to find a voice while still living and grinding in New York, ‘SERVICES’ is me exploring a new world,” Elias said, “moving to Los Angeles during a global pandemic, and trying to love who I am. I think you can really hear the evolution and the difference in the writing and production.”
Elias also detailed the new single:
‘HOOK’D’ is about animalistic love; that carnal, raw, exciting feeling of the chase at the beginning of a connection. It’s supposed to sound like the sparks that fly and build inside of you when you are attracted to someone but the mystery of not knowing where it will go.”

Shira Elias has a handful of fall tour dates on the books in Southern California and will team back up with some of her Turkuaz bandmates in the new project Cool Cool Cool at the North Beach Music Festival. Check out Shira’s itinerary:
