Shinedown Details New Album ‘EI8HT’ & 2026 World Tour Dates
The band will bring the Dance Kid Dance Act II World Tour to 11 countries.

Shinedown will embark on the Dance Kid Dance Act II World Tour in support of their upcoming new album, EI8HT. The band previewed the album arriving on May 29 via Atlantic Records with the single, “Safe And Sound.”
Shinedown – frontman Brent Smith, guitarist Zach Myers, bassist Eric Bass and drummer Barry Kerch – issued their last album, Planet Zero in 2022. The 18-song EI8HT was produced by Bass.
“This album is over a year in the making,” Smith stated. “Without question as a band we pushed ourselves like never before. Especially when it comes to Eric. Myself, Zach, and Barry are so honored to create, and work with such an extraordinary producer, engineer, mixer, songwriter, musician, performer, and bandmate. We are so excited, finally announce our eighth studio album titled EI8HT alongside our Dance Kid Dance Act ll World Tour.”
Coheed and Cambria, Black Stone Cherry and From Ashes to New will support select dates throughout the Dance Kid Dance Act II World Tour.
The North American leg launches May 13 and continues into September. The tour concludes with European dates throughout October and November.
North American Dance Kid Dance Act II World Tour tickets go on sale Friday, February 20. European dates go on sale on Friday, February 27.
