SeepeopleS shared a new single, “It Feels Heavy.” The song will appear on the eclectic Boston-based collective’s forthcoming album, Field Guide For Survival In This Dying World, set for a 2021 release via RascalZRecordZ.

Field Guide For Survival In This Dying World marks SeepeopleS’ — led by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Will Bradford — eighth studio album and the follow up to their 2015, 25-track Dead Soul Sessions. “It Feels Heavy” is the second single off the new record and features vocals from Brooke Binion of theWorst as well as Nate Edgar of the Nth Power on bass. Longtime SeepeopleS collaborator Will Holland (Pixies, Fall Out Boy) produced the new single at Chillhouse Studios in Boston.

“It Feels Heavy” arrived with an accompanying animated video created by Jack Powell, which premiered in Spill Magazine.

“I’m a huge fan of the animated work that Terry Gilliam did over the years for Monty Python,” Bradford said told Spill about the video. “…I thought Jack did an amazing job of telling a story and making something striking and truly memorable, reminiscent of those unforgettable Gilliam animations ingrained in my mind since childhood.”
