School Of Rock recently brought together some of their best students at RaxTrax Recording studio in Chicago to lay down a King Crimson cover. The talented batch of 15-17-year-olds turned in a fantastic version of the title track from the legendary prog-rock act’s 1984 studio album, Three Of A Perfect Pair.
King Crimson’s lineup for Three Of A Perfect Pair was filled with legendary musicians as mastermind Robert Fripp was joined by guitarist Adrian Belew, bassist Tony Levin and drummer Bill Bruford recorded the LP. The School Of Rock students did the quartet justice as they nailed “Three Of A Perfect Pair.” Vocalists Shawnee (age 17) and Sophie (age 16) are joined on the KC cover by guitarists Lia (age 16) and Fabrizio (age 16) as well as bassist Ian (age 16) and drummer Mark (age 15).
