Sacred Rose Festival Organizers Offer Sunday Refunds
Inclement weather forced many of the final day’s performances to be canceled.

Organizers of the inaugural Sacred Rose music festival offered refunds after bad weather forced the cancellation of several performances on its final day. The debut event took place Friday, August 26 through Sunday, August 28 at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois.
Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Khruangbin, Greensky Bluegrass and Kamasi Washington were among the artists on Sacred Rose’s Sunday lineup whose sets were canceled due to thunderstorms in the area. The first day of Sacred Rose featured Phil Lesh & Friends joined by Jeff Tweedy and Nels Cline of Wilco for a PHILCO headlining performance. Among day two highlights was artist-at-large Margo-Price sitting-in with Goose during their Saturday set.
