Ryan Adams Performs On ‘The Tonight Show’

Yesterday, Ryan Adams released his 16th album Prisoner, confirmed an extensive tour in support of the LP, announced a new radio show and appeared as the musical guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Adams and his band performed a song from the new record on the program and another album track as a web exclusive bonus clip.

Adams was supported by a band featuring a lineup of of bassist Charlie Stavish, drummer Nate Lotz, keyboardist Ben Alleman and guitarist Benny Yurco of Grace Potter & The Nocturnals. Thursday night Adams and his band held a show at the famed Apollo Theater in New York City and Friday night they were at 30 Rock to play the Prisoner lead track “Do You Still Love Me?” on The Tonight Show as well as a web exclusive performance of “To Be Without You.”
