The Rolling Stones Conclude ‘Extra Licks’ With East Rutherford 1994 Video

The Rolling Stones brought their six-week Extra Licks video series to a close on Sunday with footage shot on August 14, 1994 at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Performances of five songs from the concert, which was part of the Voodoo Lounge Tour, served as the Extra Licks finale.

Each installment of the Extra Licks video series featured clips that weren’t previously available digitally. Sunday’s video started with The Stones’ peformance of their 1978 hit “Shattered.” Next, Mick Jagger led his mates through the Voodoo Lounge ballad “Out Of Tears” and the Exile On Main St. gem “All Down The Line.”

The video continued with a cover of “I Can’t Get Next To You” by The Temptations, a Motown classic played just 13 times by The Stones as per Setlist.FM. The video and series ended with guitarist Keith Richards fronting the band on “Happy.” Watch The Rolling Stones’ Extra Licks finale below:
