Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters Performs With Nick Mason In New York City


Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters performed with Nick Mason at the Beacon Theatre in New York City on Thursday night. The Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets show featured Waters sitting-in on “Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun.”

Waters wrote “Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun,” which appeared on Pink Floyd’s 1968 album A Saucerful of Secrets. Waters provided vocals during his guest spot that also featured him playing Mason’s large gong. The collaboration was the first time Waters and Mason performed together in public since 2011.
